Everyone feels good when they look their best! Wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable and confident. If you’re dressing against the weather, make sure you have options available to add or remove layers. It makes a difference!

Choose a color palette of 2-3 complementary colors and mix patterns with solids. Avoid large logos or busy patterns that distract from faces.

All family is welcome! Yes, even that distant relative you found out you had by searching your family ancestry. Just let me know in advance so I can plan for group shots and make sure we have enough time to get all the combinations you want.

Pets are family too! Just bring someone who can wrangle them between shots, and have treats (or any high value reward) handy to reward extra focus on the camera.
